Lead shipboard HR for an international cruise company, supporting a diverse, multicultural crew. You will run onboard HR operations, employee relations and crew welfare, advise managers, and keep HR policies fair and consistent across every department.
Key responsibilities
- Manage onboard HR processes, employee relations, communication and crew support
- Advise department heads and managers on HR matters
- Handle conflict resolution, grievances, investigations and performance matters
- Support training, leadership development, crew engagement and retention
- Ensure compliance with company policies, working hours and maritime labour requirements
You’ll bring
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Human Resource Manager or similar
- Onboard cruise ship or 5-star hospitality experience (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, training and administration
- Excellent spoken and written English, with strong coaching and conflict-resolution skills
- A professional, people-focused approach in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
