• Act as main point of contact throughout guest stay (24/7 support).
• Anticipate guest needs and ensure a seamless luxury experience.
• Coordinate with departments to fulfil guest requests efficiently.

Qualifications

• Open to Malaysia, Korea, and Thailand candidates.
• Age: 22–40 years old.
• 5-star hotel experience is an advantage.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
