Job Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and prepare beverages according to company standards and guest preferences.
• Ensure the bar is properly stocked, set up and operating as scheduled, including assisting with inventory and stock control.
• Monitor guest flow to ensure timely beverage and canape service for all guests.
• Promote beverage events, support upselling and be aware of sales targets and costs.
• Ensure compliance with company alcohol policies and Public Health standards, including cleanliness and temperature logs.
• Communicate with the Bartender and Head Bartender, report issues promptly and stay informed about ship events and operations.

Qualifications

• This role is open to Malaysian/Singaporean citizens only.
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in hospitality or F&B service is required; basic knowledge of beverages and bar operations required.
• Good English communication skills (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.
• Previous cruise industry experience is an advantage.
