Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Cabin Steward/Stewardess with daily cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, sweeping, scrubbing floors, and cleaning bathrooms and surfaces.
• Empty wastebaskets, handle trash disposal, and follow the onboard garbage separation system.
• Assist in cleaning walls, ceilings, windows, veranda areas, draperies, and upholstery to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Support guests with luggage during embarkation and disembarkation, ensuring courteous and helpful service.
• Follow USPH sanitation standards and maintain high levels of hygiene, grooming, and uniform appearance according to company policies.
• Communicate effectively with guests and promptly inform supervisors of any relevant matters or issues.

Qualifications

• This role is open to Malaysian/Singaporean citizens only.
• Minimum 1-2 years of recent, relevant experience required. Candidates with similar work experience are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and hygiene standards.
• Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Previous cruise industry experience is an advantage.
