Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Waiter in providing efficient food and beverage service to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Set up, clean, and maintain tables, service stations, and dining areas according to company standards.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring cleanliness and proper presentation.
• Support smooth restaurant operations by preparing mise en place and replenishing supplies as required.
• Follow company hygiene, grooming, and Public Health standards at all times.
• Communicate effectively with team members and report any guest requests or issues to the supervisor promptly.

Qualifications

• This role is open to Malaysian/Singaporean citizens only.
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in a 4–5-star hotel or premium hospitality environment (upscale / fine-dining restaurants).
• Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Previous cruise industry experience is an advantage.
