Job Responsibilities
- Ensure cleanliness of kitchen, restaurant and back-of-house areas according to company standards.
- Wash, clean, and store dishes, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment properly.
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, walls, workstations and waste disposal areas.
- Handle garbage disposal and follow proper hygiene and sanitation procedures.
- Ensure sufficient supply of clean equipment to support smooth kitchen and restaurant operations.
- Follow company safety, hygiene, and Public Health standards at all times.
Qualifications
- This role is open to Malaysian/Singaporean citizen only.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience of recent, relevant experience similar position at 4/5 Star Hotel and/or premium restaurant(upscale / fine-dining); basic culinary and knife handling skills required.
- Good English fluency (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.
- Previous cruise industry experience is an advantage.
