Keep Viking’s pool and resort-deck areas immaculate and welcoming, serving beverages and delivering STAR service to guests relaxing on deck.
Key responsibilities
- Keep the pool area, resort decks, sun loungers and furniture spotless and well maintained
- Serve beverages and light refreshments on deck, following the ship’s alcohol-service policies
- Replenish bar-outlet supplies and support bar service as needed
- Manage towel service and return used towels to the laundry
- Keep stock to par levels and set up areas to Viking’s operating standards
- Uphold cleanliness, hygiene, safety and public-health standards
You’ll bring
- Minimum 2 years in bar, pool-deck or food and beverage service at a 4/5-star hotel or resort; cruise experience an advantage
- Aged 21 or above, physically fit, and able to stand and carry for long periods
- Good beverage knowledge and the ability to work independently
- Fluent English and a warm, guest-focused manner
- Flexible, positive and immaculately presented
