Minimum any Professional Certificates in Hospitality or equivalent field.
Minimum four years of experience as Bartender onboard a Cruise ship or 4-5-star hotel/resort or premium restaurant.
Knowledge in Microsoft Programs
Strong written & verbal skills in English

Supervise bar staff, delegate tasks, and ensure adherence to company procedures.
Ensure prompt and efficient service, address guest complaints, and engage in suggestive selling.
Monitor operations, maintain a clean and organized bar, and ensure equipment is well-maintained.
Demonstrate knowledge of products and services, including beverages and menu items.
Train and coach staff, providing guidance and support.
Communicate effectively with guests, staff, and management, fostering a positive work environment.
