Job Responsibilities

• Provide essential support to restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, buffet maintenance, and equipment cleaning.
• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction through efficient service and attention to detail.
• Collaborate effectively with other team members to deliver a seamless guest experience.
• Adhere to company standards, health regulations, and safety protocols.
• Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency in all tasks.

Qualifications

• This role is open to Malaysian/Singaporean citizen only.
• Minimum Secondary School Certificate or equivalent qualification in any field.
• Minimum recent relevant experience in a 4–5-star hotel or premium hospitality environment (upscale restaurants).
• Good English fluency (spoken and written).
• Previous cruise industry experience is an advantage.
