Qualifications

  • Minimum diploma in Hotel Management/Food & Beverage Management education or higher.
  • Minimum two years of recent experience in related position at 4-5-star hotel and/or onboard luxury cruise lines.
  • Familiarity with food and beverage reservation and operational is required.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibility

  • Provide outstanding, personalized dining experience through attentive service.
  • Utilize guest preferences to tailor service offerings and foster lasting relationships.
  • Reponsible in Operational Management in restaurant including take and process guest orders accurately, pick up and deliver/serve food and beverages in accordance with luxury service standards and assist with setting and clearing tables.
  • Manage the flow of service during meal periods, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages while maintaining exceptional standards.
