Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Art or related field
  • Expert in Bakery and Pastry skills
  • Minimum seven years of experience as an Pastry or similar position in 4-5-star hotel and premium restaurant (upscale restaurant).
  • Fluent in English, addtional languages is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft programs
  • Previous cruises industry experience is preferred.

Responsibility

  • Lead and manage a Pastry section, Oversee Pastry operations, ensure efficient production, and Train staff for increased productivity.
  • Maintain High standards of food quality, adherence to recipes, and compliance with regulations.
  • manage production, inventory, equipment maintenance, and ensure a clean and safe work environment.
  • collaborate with management and team members, address feedback, and report issues.
  • Interact with guests, addressing their needs and providing exceptional service.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of company standards, public Health regulations, and operational procedures.
