Minimum diploma in Hotel Management/Food & Beverage Management education or higher.
Minimum two years of recent experience in related position at 4-5-star hotel and/or onboard luxury cruise lines.
Familiarity with food and beverage reservation and operational is required.
Fluent in written and spoken English.

Reponsible in Operational Management in restaurant including take and process guest orders accurately, pick up and deliver/serve food and beverages in accordance with luxury service standards and assist with setting and clearing tables.
Manage the flow of service during meal periods, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages while maintaining exceptional standards.
