Diploma or above in Hotel Management or related field.
Minimum one year or above customer service experience, previous experience as service Ambassador or Model would be an advantage
Good customer service sense & communications skills
Fluent in English. Proficient in Mandarin or Cantonese would be a plus
Responsibility
Responsible for the accurate, courteous and efficient luggage handling for hotel guests.
Establish a sincere warm impression to guests when they arrive and depart
Conduct duties in the assigned Place of work and Provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service consistent with MGM standard Policies & Procedures in order to maximize guest satisfaction
ensure to have first-hand Knowledge on what’s happening in town, and Provide accurate and update information to any inquiry from guest or visitor in order to anticipate their needs
Provide prompt, courteous and efficient assistance when handling guest request under any circumstance
