Minimum Diploma in Hospitality or equivalent field.
Minimum five years of experience as Restaurant Manager in a premium restaurant in 5-star hotel including two years in Food and Beverage with highest levels of service is preferred.
Strong written & verbal skills in English.
Lead and manage a team of bartenders, ensuring they are trained and motivated to provide exceptional service.
Create and maintain innovative and appealing bar menus, showcasing a variety of cocktails and beverages.
Demonstrate extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktail preparation techniques.
Ensure guest satisfaction by providing personalized service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
Manage bar operations, including inventory control, cost management, and staff scheduling.
Provide ongoing training and development for bartenders, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service.
