Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma of Hospitality or related field.
  • Minimum three years of experience in 4-5-star hotel and at least one year of experience in cruise industry is an advantage.
  • In dept knowledge of all Culture, Cuisine and Expectations.
  • Fluent in English.

Responsibility

  • Monitor restaurant operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
  • Deliver exceptional guest service, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Lead a high-performing restaurant team, fostering a positive work culture.
  • Contribute to the financial success of the restaurant department through effective cost management and inventory control.
