Restaurant Supervisor
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma of Hospitality or related field.
- Minimum three years of experience in 4-5-star hotel and at least one year of experience in cruise industry is an advantage.
- In dept knowledge of all Culture, Cuisine and Expectations.
- Fluent in English.
Responsibility
- Monitor restaurant operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
- Deliver exceptional guest service, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Lead a high-performing restaurant team, fostering a positive work culture.
- Contribute to the financial success of the restaurant department through effective cost management and inventory control.
- Adhere to company standards, health regulations, and safety protocols.
