Qualifications

Minimum any Secondary School Certificate of Education or equivalent certificate in any field.
Have two years of experience in 4-5-star hotel in rooms divisions.
Fluent in English, addtional languages is an advantage
Knowledge of Microsoft programs

Responsibility

Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Maintain clean and well-prepared guest suites, ensuring they meet company standards.
Handle linen, restock supplies, and report any defective items or equipment.
Collaborate with the Assistant Steward/Stewardess to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service.
Adhere to public health regulations, company policies, and grooming standards.
Possess knowledge of ship features, services, and public health regulations.
