Qualifications

Minimum Diploma in Computer Science or related filed.
Minimum two year of experience in IT systems with hands on dealing with application users, operations and systems administration.
have experience in operating systems, experience in MXP is preferred
Strong written & verbal skills in English.
Proficiency in the use of Computer-based programs.

Responsibility

Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues for staff and guests, providing timely and effective assistance.
maintain and update hotel networks, ensuring optimal performance and security.
Manage and administer hotel IT systems, including hardware and software.
Implement and maintain Data backup and recovery procedures to protect sensitive information.
Ensure Network and System Security, protecting against cyber threats and unauthorized access.
Assist with IT-related projects, implementing new systems or upgrades as needed.
