Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or Graduate of a recognized hotel or business school.
Minimum five years of experience as Front Desk Receptionist in 4-5-star hotel or Cruise Ships.
Strong written & verbal skills in English.
Proficiency in the use of computer-based programs

Responsibility

Manage and motivate the pursers, handle various guest services tasks, including financial transactions, luggage assistance, and information provision.
