Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or Graduate of a recognized hotel or business school.
  • Minimum five years of experience as Front Desk Receptionist in 4-5-star hotel or Cruise Ships.
  • Strong written & verbal skills in English.
  • Proficiency in the use of computer-based programs

Responsibility

  • Manage and motivate the pursers, handle various guest services tasks, including financial transactions, luggage assistance, and information provision.
  • address guest issues promptly and effectively, providing satisfactory solutions.
  • Demonstrate exceptional listening, Communication, and organizational skills.
  • Assist with guest documentation and reconcile charges as needed.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times and Adhere to company core values and service essentials.
