Qualifications

  • Minimum any Professional Certificates in Culinary Art or related field or,
  • Advanced knowledge of French Cuisine, overall culinary knowledge, and leadership experience.
  • Minimum of five years in the profession in 4-5-star hotel and premium restaurant.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in a management role in a well-recognized luxury hospitality establishment or upscale cruise line.
  • Fluent in English, addtional languages is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft programs
  • Previous cruises industry experience is preferred.

Responsibility

  • Oversee bakery operations, ensuring quality, productivity, and team performance.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of bakery products, ingredients, and techniques.
  • Manage production, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, adherence to recipes, and consistency in taste, presentation, and appearance.
  • Communicate with management and team members, report issues, and conduct inspections.
  • Report for duty on time, follow supervisor's instructions, and maintain a professional appearance.
