Minimum any Secondary School Certificates of Education or equivalent certificate in any field.
Minimum three years of experience as Storekeeper in 4-5-star hotel and premium restaurant.
Previous cruise experience is preferable.
Good knowledge in Microsoft Programs.
Expert knowledge in general office practices and equipment.
Fluent in written and spoken English, additional languages is an advantage.
Assist the Provision Master with issuing and counting goods as well as with loading and landing goods.
Ensure that all F&B storage areas are maintained in a clean and hygienic manner.
Work closely with the Executive Chef to manage items that are in stock and ensure that extensive physical inventories are carried out as outlined in the inventory schedule.
Adhere to public health procedures and regulations, ensuring a safe and sanitary Work environment.
Participate in on-the-job training and follow instructions from superiors.
Report for duty on time, follow company rules and regulations, and maintain a professional appearance.
