Qualifications

Speak English A minimum of 1-3 year of experience working in a 5-star hotel environment, including 2-5 years of a technical background.

Responsibility

Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring timely and effective maintenance of hotel facilities.
Implement and oversee preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime and extend asset life.
Develop and implement emergency response plans, ensuring staff are trained and prepared to handle emergencies.
Monitor and optimize energy consumption, implementing energy-saving measures to reduce costs.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, conducting regular safety inspections and training.
Manage engineering and maintenance budgets, optimizing costs and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
