Qualifications

Minimum any Secondary School Certificate of Education or equivalent certificate in any field.
Minimum two years of experience as Supervisor or management role in 4-5-star hotel or Cruise Ships.
Strong written & verbal skills in English.

Responsibility

Address guest inquiries and concerns, provide assistance with onboard activities and services, and handle lost and found items.
Assist with guest check-in, immigration formalities, and disembarkation procedures.
handle cash and credit card payments, ensuring accurate processing and reconciliation.
Facilitate and Assist with shore excursion bookings, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for guests.
communicate effectively with guests, staff, and other departments, ensuring a coordinated approach to guest services.
maintain a positive attitude, be flexible, and Adhere to company standards.
