Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma of Hospitality or related field.
  • Minimum three years of experience in 4-5-star hotel and premium hospitality (upscale restaurants), with one year of experience in cruise industry is an advantage.
  • Must have experience in leading multicultural teams.
  • Fluent in English and Japanese.

Responsibility

  • Oversee restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory, and guest reservations.
  • Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction through efficient service and attention to detail.
  • Develop and lead a high-performing team, fostering a positive work culture.
  • Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies.
