Qualifications

  • Minimum any Secondary School Certificate of Education or equivalent certificate in any field.
  • Minimum two years of experience as Waiter/Server onboard a Cruise ship or 4-5-star hotel/resort or premium restaurant.
  • Strong written & verbal skills in English
  • Ensure efficient table turnover and promote beverage service to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
  • Handle equipment and materials responsibly, following proper procedures to safeguard them.
  • Optimize table turnover and beverage service to contribute to departmental goals.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to assist.
  • Adhere to safety and environmental protection policies, understanding and implementing relevant procedures.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor, follow company guidelines, and contribute to a positive work environment.
