Qualifications

  • Minimum any Secondary School Certificate of Education or equivalent certificate in any field.
  • Minimum one year of experience in 4-5-star hotel and premium hospitality (bar environment).
  • Fluent in English.

Responsibility

  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of wine and provide expert recommendations to guests.
  • Deliver exceptional service, ensuring guest satisfaction and comfort.
  • Manage beverage inventory, maintain cleanliness, and adhere to company standards.
  • Work effectively with other team members to deliver a seamless guest experience.
  • Maintain a positive attitude, uphold company standards, and contribute to the overall success of the beverage department.
