Qualifications
- Presentable with professional grooming and below 35 years old
- Minimum 1 year working experience in sales marketing or customer service field
- Possess excellent command of both written and spoken Chinese, English is an advantage
- Good communications skills
Responsibility
- Meets, greets, and delivers excellent customer service to in house table and slots players
- Arranges hotel, transportation, room amenities and other needs for in house players
- Signing up new players to reach the set target and explain our membership program
- Refer potential player to sales team to follow up
