Minimum Diploma in Hospitality or equivalent field.
Minimum three years of experience as Assistant Restaurant Manager in a premium restaurant in 5-star hotel including 1 year in experience as Tea Master in a highest levels of service.
Strong written & verbal skills in English & Mandarin
Possess extensive knowledge of various tea types, brewing methods, and flavor profiles.
Create and curate a diverse and appealing tea menu, considering seasonal offerings and guest preferences.
Train and mentor staff on proper tea preparation, service techniques, and tea knowledge.
Educate guests about different tea varieties, brewing methods, and pairings.
