Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in any field.
- Minimum one year of experience in Sales & Marketing/Business Administration at 4-5-star hotel with previous cruise experience is preferable.
- Strong written & verbal skills in English.
- Strong administration skills are preferred.
- Handle all shore excursion bookings, revenue, and logistics.
- Execute the shore excursions activities, providing training and guidance.
- Participate in emergency response and prioritize guest and crew safety.
- liaise with suppliers, coordinate Logistics, and communicate effectively with team members and guests.
- maintain a positive attitude, resolve issues professionally, and Adhere to company Standards.
