  • Strong written & verbal skills in English.

  • Provide personalized assistance to guests, addressing their needs and preferences.
  • Handle the booking process, including itinerary selection, cabin assignments, and payment processing.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, providing clear and accurate information.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new destinations, and product offerings.
  • Promote Viking Ocean Cruises' products and services, effectively closing sales and meeting revenue targets.
