Minimum any Professional Certificate in Hotel Management or equivalent.
Minimum two years of experience as Front Desk, Sales & Marketing or management role in 4-5-star hotel or Cruise Ships.
Strong written & verbal skills in English.

Possess in-depth knowledge of Viking Ocean Cruises' products, destinations, and itineraries.
Provide personalized assistance to guests, addressing their needs and preferences.
Handle the booking process, including itinerary selection, cabin assignments, and payment processing.
Communicate effectively with guests, providing clear and accurate information.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new destinations, and product offerings.
Promote Viking Ocean Cruises' products and services, effectively closing sales and meeting revenue targets.
