Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Culinary Art or related field
- Minimum three years of experience in 4-5-star hotel or premium hospitality (upscale restaurants).
- Previous cruise industry experience is an advantage.
- In dept knowledge of the all Cuisine.
- Must have experience in leading multicultural teams.
- Fluent in English.
Responsibility
- Execute food production, adhere to recipes, and ensure high-quality food presentation.
- Assist in the food requisitions and monitor storeroom deliveries for accuracy.
- Minimize food waste and maintain efficient work practices.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and company regulations.
- Maintain a high standard of service during meal hours and contribute to the overall guest experience.
