Commis Chef
Qualifications
- Minimum any Professional Certificates in Culinary Art or related field or,
- Minimum one year of experience as an Assistant Cook or similar position
- Have one year of experience in 4-5-star hotel and/or premium restaurant (upscale restaurant); basic culinary & knife handling skills are required.
- Fluent in English, addtional languages is an advantage.
Responsibility
- Provide exceptional dining experiences for guests.
- Prepare basic menu items with a focus on flavor and quality.
- Work effectively in any kitchen section and identify and correct discrepancies.
- Adhere to company standards, HACCP guidelines, and USPH regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and report any equipment faults.
