Assistant Front Office Manager

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Hotel Management or related field.
  • Minimum three years of experience in Front Office in 4-5-star hotel, with solid knowledge of Opera System is preferable.
  • Proficient in spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English.

Responsibility

  • Assist Front Office Manager in the supervision and management of Front Office, including employee education and training.
  • Enhance the hotel front desk business, accounting procedures and customer information management.
  • Responsible for guest relations maintenance and handing of guest feedbacks or complaints, for maximizing customer satisfaction.
  • Handle emergency incident of all kinds & perform other tasks assigned by the superior.
