Assistant Restaurant Manager

Qualifications

Minimum any Professional Certificates in Hospitality or equivalent field.
Minimum four years of experience as F&B Supervisor/Assistant Restaurant Manager onboard a Cruise ship or 4-5-star hotel/resort or premium restaurant.
Knowledge in Microsoft Programs
Strong written & verbal skills in English

Responsibility

Supervise and motivate staff, ensuring adherence to company standards and procedures.
Prioritize guest satisfaction, addressing complaints promptly and effectively.
Optimize restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service, productivity, and cost control.
Monitor and manage restaurant finances, including sales, costs, and profitability.
Train and develop staff, providing ongoing coaching and feedback.
Communicate effectively with guests, staff, and management, fostering a positive work environment.
