Assistant Restaurant Manager

Qualifications

  • Minimum any Professional Certificates in Hospitality or equivalent field.
  • Minimum four years of experience as F&B Supervisor/Assistant Restaurant Manager onboard a Cruise ship or 4-5-star hotel/resort or premium restaurant.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Programs
  • Strong written & verbal skills in English

Responsibility

  • Supervise and motivate staff, ensuring adherence to company standards and procedures.
  • Prioritize guest satisfaction, addressing complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Optimize restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service, productivity, and cost control.
  • Monitor and manage restaurant finances, including sales, costs, and profitability.
  • Train and develop staff, providing ongoing coaching and feedback.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, staff, and management, fostering a positive work environment.
