Assistant Restaurant Manager (Japanese)

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma of Hospitality or related field.
Minimum five years of experience in 4-5-star hotel and at least one year of experience in cruise industry is an advantage.
In dept knowledge of Japanese Culture, Cuisine and Expectations.
Must have experience in leading multicultural teams.
Fluent in English and Japanese.

Responsibility

Oversee restaurant operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
Deliver exceptional guest service, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
Develop and mentor a high-performing restaurant team, fostering a positive work culture.
Contribute to the financial success of the restaurant department through effective cost management and inventory control.
Adhere to company standards, health regulations, and safety protocols.
