Qualifications

Minimum any any Professional Certificates in Hospitality or equivalent field.
Minimum one year of experience as Waiter/Server onboard a Cruise ship or 4-5-star hotel/resort or premium restaurant.
Strong written & verbal skills in English
Knowledge in Microsoft Programs

Responsibility

Provide efficient and professional service, adhering to Red Ginger service standards.
Assist with table setups, food delivery, and cleaning tasks, ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
Demonstrate knowledge of the menu, beverages, and food items.
Assist with training and development of new personnel and collaborate with other team members.
Assist with embarkation, disembarkation, and luggage handling, and address guest requests promptly.
Adhere to public health regulations, company policies, and safety procedures. Project a positive image of the company, maintain a professional appearance, and comply with company standards.
