Restaurant Manager (Japanese)

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma of Hospitality or related field.
  • Minimum eight years of experience in 4-5-star hotel and at least one year of experience in cruise industry is an advantage.
  • In dept knowledge of Japanese Culture, Cuisine and Expectations.
  • Must have experience in leading multicultural teams.
  • Fluent in English and Japanese.

Responsibility

  • Lead and mentor a multicultural team to achieve operational excellence.
  • Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction through efficient F&B operations and adherence to quality standards.
  • Organize and execute successful F&B functions and special events.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and meet guest expectations.
  • Train, motivate, and empower the restaurant team to deliver exceptional service.
