Cabin Assistant

Qualifications

Minimum any Secondary School Certificate of Education or equivalent certificate in any field.
Have one year of experience in 4-5-star hotel as Cabin Attendant/Steward.
Fluent in English, addtional languages is an advantage

Responsibility

Maintain clean and sanitized cabins, focusing on areas such as carpets, bathrooms, and passageways.
Work under the direction of the Cabin Attendant to ensure cabins are prepared according to company standards.
Address guest complaints and requests promptly, and assist with luggage handling.
Empty wastebaskets and transport garbage to the designated area.
Clean ceilings, windows, walls, balconies, and upholstery.
Handle equipment safely, comply with public health regulations, and report any damaged or missing items.
