Qualifications

Minimum any Professional Certificates in Culinary Art or related field or,
Good in Bakery skills
Minimum one years of experience as an Baker/Assistant Baker or similar position in 4-5-star hotel and premium restaurant (upscale restaurant).
Fluent in English, addtional languages is an advantage.
Knowledge of Microsoft programs
Previous cruises industry experience is preferred.

Responsibility

Assist the Head Baker in producing bakery goods on time and to company standards.
Demonstrate versatility in working across different bakery sections and possess strong culinary knowledge.
Maintain high standards of food quality, adherence to recipes, and consistency in taste, presentation, and appearance.
Prepare daily requisitions, monitor inventory, and ensure a clean and organized work environment.
Adhere to public health regulations, company policies, and safety procedures.
Report for duty on time, follow supervisor's instructions, and maintain a professional appearance.
