Reservations Services Executive

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Hotel Management or related field.
  • Minimum three years of experience in Front Office in 4-5-star hotel, with solid knowledge of Front Operation, Food & Beverage and Housekeeping Operations is preferable.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.

Responsibility

  • Manage the entire reservation process, from initial inquiries to check-in, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Implement strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy rates.
  • Handle the guest experience, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Implement efficient reservation systems and processes.
