Qualifications
- Casino marketing experience preferred
- Minimum of 1 year customer service experiences in 5 star-hotel
- Excellent command of Mandarin and English, Cantonese is an advantage
- Good communications skills
Responsibility
- Prepare and follow-up on-day guests’ arrival and arrival of TTO player
- Assure all room/limousine reservation is correct and ready before guest arrives
- follow up any undone task by end shift
- Handle premium program settlement and supervise by AD or above
- Conduct and assist guest auto settlement
