Qualifications

  • Minimum any Professional Certificates in culinary field
  • Minimum three years of experience in 4/5-star hotels and premium hospitality (upscale restaurants).
  • Minimum five years in butchery in large operations
  • Knowledge of Microsoft programs at least in Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point.
  • Previous cruise industry experience is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English and additional language is preferable.

Responsibility

  • Demonstrate advanced butchering skills, including handling, defrosting, preparing, and portioning meat cuts.
  • Manage inventory, ensure proper storage, and minimize waste.
  • Contribute to a positive guest experience by ensuring high-quality food products and efficient operations.
  • Adhere to public health regulations, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, ensuring proper handling, preparation, and presentation.
