Qualifications

Minimum any Secondary School Certificate of Education or equivalent certificate in any field.
Have two years of experience as Bar Server/Waiter/Steward in 4-5-star hotel and/or premium restaurant (upscale restaurant)
Good knowledge of various drink recipes and beverage service standards.
Fluent in English, addtional languages is an advantage.

Responsibility

Provide exceptional service, creating a memorable experience for guests.
Demonstrate expertise in menu items, liquor brands, and beverage offerings.
Maintain knowledge of table setups, operating hours, and company policies.
Promote drinks, upsell premium brands, and suggest alternative cocktails.
Use bar products, equipment, and cleaning materials effectively and maintain a clean work area.
Ensure accurate order entry, monitor tabs, and comply with company alcohol policies.
