Qualifications

Minimum any Secondary School Certificate of Education or equivalent certificate in any field.
Have two years of experience in 4-5-star hotel and/or premium restaurant (upscale restaurant).
Fluent in English, addtional languages is an advantage

Responsibility

Maintain personal hygiene, wear PPE, and follow safety and environmental procedures.
Keep galley chemical lockers organized, replenish cleaning supplies, and clean galley areas.
Operate and maintain various cleaning equipment, including ware wash machines and food waste pulpers.
Collect, sort, and separate garbage, ensuring proper disposal.
Assist with tasks such as replenishing supplies, cleaning equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Adhere to company standards, safety regulations, and hygiene procedures.
