Qualifications

  • Minimum five years of experience in 4-5-star hotel or premium hospitality (upscale restaurants).
  • Previous cruise industry experience is an advantage.
  • In dept knowledge of the Asian and Western Cuisine.
  • Must have experience in leading multicultural teams.
  • Fluent in English.

Responsibility

  • Demonstrate exceptional cooking skills and creative flair to enhance buffet presentations.
  • Manage inventory, equipment, and daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing culinary team, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Maintain strict adherence to food safety, quality standards, and hygiene practices.
  • Assist the Executive Chef in various aspects of galley operations.
