Restaurant Supervisor

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma in Hospitality or equivalent field.
Minimum three years of experience as Restaurant Manager in a premium restaurant in 5-star hotel with highest levels of service is preferred.
Strong written & verbal skills in English

Responsibility

Monitor and identify Guest satisfaction, addressing needs and ensuring a seamless experience.
Ensure the assigned area is properly stocked, set up, and open as scheduled.
Demonstrate expertise in beverages, including wine, cocktails, and garnishes.
Provide world-class Service, addressing guests by name and customizing Beverage offerings.
Stay informed about ship events and activities to anticipate Guest needs.
Adhere to company food & beverage policies and report maintenance issues.
