Qualifications

Minimum any Secondary School Certificate of Education or equivalent certificate in any field.
Minimum three years of experience in 4-5-star hotel or premium hospitality (upscale restaurants).
Previous cruise industry experience is an advantage.
Fluent in English.

Responsibility

Lead and supervise the cleaning team, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to standards.
Manage equipment maintenance, inventory, and waste management.
Ensure a clean and sanitary work environment, complying with public health policies and procedures.
Report equipment malfunctions, ensure safe work practices, and comply with safety regulations.
Provide training, feedback, and support to team members, ensuring their development and performance.
Communicate with management and team members, reporting issues and providing updates.
