Qualifications

  • Minimum any Professional Certificates in Hospitality or equivalent field.
  • Minimum two years of experience as F&B Supervisor/Head Waiter onboard a Cruise ship or 4-5-star hotel/resort or premium restaurant.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Programs
  • Strong written & verbal skills in English

Responsibility

  • Lead and supervise the F&B team, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Prioritize guest satisfaction, addressing complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient service, manage staff schedules, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, staff, and management, ensuring clear and timely information exchange.
  • Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and helpful demeanor.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines.
