Qualifications

Minimum any Secondary School Certificate of Education or equivalent certificate in any field.
Have one year of experience as Bar Server/Waiter/Steward in 4-5-star hotel and/or premium restaurant (upscale restaurant)
Excellent knowledge of various drink recipes and beverage service standards.
Fluent in English, addtional languages is an advantage.

Responsibility

Ensure guest satisfaction, addressing feedback and promoting a positive experience.
Maintain a well-stocked bar, monitor operations, and report any issues.
Demonstrate expertise in beverages, including wine and cocktail recipes.
Provide exceptional service, greeting guests, and addressing their needs promptly.
Promote beverage sales and generate revenue through individual sales and beverage packages.
Adhere to company alcohol policies and ensure compliance with operational standards.
