Beverage Manager (Japanese)

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma in Hospitality or related field.
Minimum eight years of experience in 4-5-star hotel or premium hospitality (upscale restaurant) with one year of experience in cruise industry is an advantage.
Must have experience in leading multicultural teams.
Fluent in English and Japanese.

Responsibility

Oversee beverage sales, inventory, and operations, ensuring compliance with company standards.
Analyze beverage performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute to the department's financial success.
Lead and develop a high-performing beverage team, fostering a positive work culture.
Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction through efficient service and attention to detail.
Manage beverage outlets, maintain inventory, and ensure adherence to company policies.
