Minimum Diploma in Hospitality or equivalent field.
Minimum three years of experience as Assistant Restaurant Manager in a premium restaurant in 5-star hotel including 1 year in bar enviroment with highest levels of service is preferred.
Strong written & verbal skills in English

Manage and prioritize Guest satisfaction, addressing needs and ensuring a seamless experience.
Ensure the assigned area is properly stocked, set up, and open as scheduled.
Demonstrate expertise in beverages, including wine, cocktails, and garnishes.
Provide world-class Service, addressing guests by name and customizing Beverage offerings.
Stay informed about ship events and activities to anticipate Guest needs.
Adhere to company alcohol policies, Monitor temperatures, and report maintenance issues.
