Spa & Wellness Supervisor

Qualifications

Minimum one year or above experience in a 5-star hotel environment, with two years as a Spa Therapist.
Graduate from the accredited school of Aesthetic or Spa is an advantage.
Knowledge in a variety of spa services (body treatments, massages, facials, waxing and manicure)
Good command in English would be an advantage.

Responsibility

Oversee spa and wellness operations, ensuring efficient management and staff performance.
Prioritize guest satisfaction, addressing concerns and providing exceptional service.
Manage resources, inventory, and ensure a clean and safe work environment.
Train and develop staff, ensuring they meet company standards and provide excellent service.
Communicate effectively with management, staff, and guests, addressing feedback and resolving issues.
Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
