Quick Service Attendant

Qualifications

Minimum any Secondary School Certificate of Education or equivalent certificate in any field.
Minimum one year experience as Lido/Quick Service Attendant onboard a Cruise ship or 4/5 star hotel/resort or premium restaurant
Strong written & verbal skills in English

Responsibility

Maintain positive relationships with Sailors and provide exceptional customer service.
Demonstrate expertise in menu items, beverages, and outlet offerings.
Ensure tables are clean and organized, and maintain knowledge of operating procedures.
Actively seek feedback from Sailors to improve service and address concerns.
Use restaurant products, equipment, and cleaning materials efficiently.
Report Sailor issues, requests, and complaints to appropriate supervisors.
Prepare mise-en-place and ensure the assigned area is ready for service.
Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.
