Minimum any Secondary School Certificate of Education or equivalent certificate in any field.
Minimum two years of experience as a Bartender in a 5-star luxury Hotel or Casino Resort environment, having work experience in Macau is preferred.
Familiar with flair bartending techniques, and have extensive knowledge of sake, spirits, wines, champagne, and cocktails; knowledge of magic tricks is also preferred.
Strong written & verbal skills in English.

Demonstrate expertise in menu items, liquor brands, beverage offerings, and wine lists.
Maintain knowledge of table setups, operating hours, and company policies.
Promote drinks, upsell premium brands, and suggest alternative cocktails.
Use bar products, equipment, and cleaning materials effectively and maintain a clean work area.
Mentor junior team members and provide training as needed.
Ensure proper stocking, set up, and inventory management of bar items.
Ensure accurate order entry, monitor tabs, and comply with company alcohol policies.
