Qualifications

Minimum any Secondary School Certificate of Education or equivalent certificate in any field.
Minimum one year of experience as Waiter/Server onboard a Cruise ship or 4-5-star hotel/resort or premium restaurant.
Strong written & verbal skills in English

Responsibility

Offer exceptional service, ensuring guest satisfaction and a memorable dining experience.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, set up tables properly, and handle equipment with care.
Demonstrate expertise in menu items and beverage offerings.
Assist with training and development of new personnel and collaborate with other team members.
Adhere to USPH standards, company policies, and safety regulations.
Project a positive image of the company, maintain a professional appearance, and be knowledgeable about ship events and activities.
