Qualifications

Minimum any Secondary School Certificate of Education or equivalent certificate in any field.
Minimum one year of experience as Butler onboard a Cruise ship or 4-5-star hotel/resort or premium restaurant.
Strong written & verbal skills in English

Responsibility

Deliver exceptional service, address guest complaints and requests promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction.
Manage pantry supplies, equipment, and cleanliness, adhering to safety regulations.
Optimize restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service, productivity, and cost control.
Maintain a positive attitude, be organized, and perform duties efficiently and effectively.
Build strong relationships with guests, anticipating their needs and providing personalized recommendations.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and sanitation standards.
