Minimum three years of experience in Sales & Marketing/Business Administration and management position at 4-5-star hotel with previous cruise experience is preferable.
Strong written & verbal skills in English.

Responsibility
Manage shore excursion bookings, revenue, and logistics.
Assist guests with bookings, Address inquiries, and ensure a smooth experience.
Lead and support the shore excursions team, providing training and guidance.
Participate in emergency response and prioritize guest and crew safety.
liaise with suppliers, coordinate Logistics, and communicate effectively with team members and guests.
Maintain a positive attitude, resolve issues professionally, and Adhere to company Standards.
