Attendant, Front Operations

Qualifications

  • Diploma or above in Hotel Management or related field.
  • Minimum one yaer of experience as Front Office in 4-5-star hotel, with solid knowledge of Front Operation is preferable.
  • Proficient in spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
  • Responsible for delivering a quality customer service experience through providing check-in,check-out and related services to guests and visitors to hetel in
  • accordance with established service standards
  • Handle emergency incident of all kinds & perform other tasks assigned by the superior.
