Assistant Banquet Manager

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma in Hospitality or equivalent field.
  • Minimum three years of experience as Assistant Banquet Manager in a premium restaurant in 5-star hotel including 1 year in Food and Beverage with highest levels of service is preferred.
  • Strong written & verbal skills in English

Responsibility

  • Assist in managing day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, and quality control.
  • Ensure exceptional Guest Service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Train and develop staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Assist in managing restaurant budgets and costs.
  • Monitor Food quality, presentation, and adherence to standards.
  • Prepare and analyze reports on restaurant performance and identify areas for improvement.
