Minimum Diploma in Hospitality or equivalent field.
Minimum three years of experience as Assistant Banquet Manager in a premium restaurant in 5-star hotel including 1 year in Food and Beverage with highest levels of service is preferred.
Strong written & verbal skills in English
Responsibility
Assist in managing day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, and quality control.
Ensure exceptional Guest Service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Train and develop staff, providing guidance and support.
Assist in managing restaurant budgets and costs.
Monitor Food quality, presentation, and adherence to standards.
Prepare and analyze reports on restaurant performance and identify areas for improvement.
