Qualifications

Minimum any Secondary School Certificate of Education or equivalent certificate in any field.
Minimum two years of experience as Assistant Waiter/Assistant Server onboard a Cruise ship or 4/5 star hotel/resort or premium restaurant.
Strong written & verbal skills in English

Responsibility

Provide exceptional service, creating a memorable experience for guests.
Demonstrate expertise in menu items, beverages, and outlet offerings.
Assist with table setups, cleaning, and organization throughout service.
Efficiently deliver food and beverages to guests, ensuring proper presentation and temperature.
Use restaurant products, equipment, and cleaning materials effectively.
Report Sailor issues, requests, and complaints to appropriate supervisors.
Assist with cleaning routines and ensure the work area is clean and organized.
Adhere to company policies, health and safety regulations, and alcohol service guidelines.
