Qualifications

Minimum High School education or higher.
Minimum three years of recent experience in room division at 4-5-star hotel and/or onboard luxury cruise lines.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook)
Process sufficient computer knowledge.

Responsibility

Clean all guest staterooms/suites in assigned section and provide personal assistance to exceed their expectations.
Provide introduction and greet guests boarding in assigned suites during embarkation period and explain the features of cabin such as room service system, laundry service and other services provided.
Handle all linen and use the right chemicals in safe way for daily operation.
Ensure the cleanliness of the staterooms by working with the House Attendants such as take care of guest personal laundry requests, restock the mini-bars, replenish supplies such as drinking glasses, stationary, ice and other amenities.
