Flair Bartender

Qualifications

Minimum any Secondary School Certificate of Education or equivalent certificate in any field.
Minimum two years of experience as a Bartender in a 5-star luxury Hotel or Casino Resort environment, having work experience in Macau is preferred.
Familiar with flair bartending techniques, and have extensive knowledge of sake, spirits, wines, champagne, and cocktails; knowledge of magic tricks is also preferred.
Strong written & verbal skills in English and Chinese

Responsibility

Provide exceptional service, creating a memorable experience for guests.
Demonstrate expertise in menu items, liquor brands, and beverage offerings.
Maintain knowledge of table setups, operating hours, and company policies.
Assist bartenders with tasks such as preparing garnishes, replenishing supplies, and transporting soiled wares.
Ensure accurate order entry, monitor tabs, and comply with company alcohol policies.
Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure equipment is properly maintained.
