Qualifications
- Diploma or above in Hotel Management or related field.
- Minimum one year or above customer service experience in 5-star hotel
- Good customer service sense & communications skills
- Fluent in English. Proficient in Mandarin or Cantonese would be a plus
Responsibility
- Providing guests with general information regarding functions of the day and the restaurant hours of operation
- Actively listen to guest reactions and ask questions to ensure guest’s needs are exceeded
- Build effective relationships with them and gain their trust, respect and loyalty
