Front Desk Receptionist

Qualifications

  • Diploma or above in Hotel Management or related field.
  • Minimum one year or above customer service experience in 5-star hotel
  • Good customer service sense & communications skills
  • Fluent in English. Proficient in Mandarin or Cantonese would be a plus

Responsibility

  • Responsible for the daily operation of the hotel front desk
  • Greet guests with a polite and professional attitude, handle check-in, room allocation, and
  • check-out procedures.
  • Answer phone inquiries and handle complaints.
  • Provide customers with hotel data, introduce hotel facilities, and promote hotel activities.
