Qualifications

Minimum any Secondary School Certificate of Education or equivalent certificate in any field.
Have three years of experience in 4-5-star hotel as Cabin Attendant/Steward.
Fluent in English, addtional languages is an advantage

Responsibility

Maintain clean and sanitized cabins, ensuring they are prepared according to company standards.
Handle laundry requests, replenish supplies, and address guest complaints and requests promptly.
Assist with luggage handling on embarkation day and deliver luggage to cabins.
Provide room service to Sailors, ensuring their needs are met.
Handle equipment safely, comply with public health regulations, and report any damaged or missing items.
Interact with Sailors daily, providing outstanding customer service and addressing their needs efficiently.
