Minimum three years of recent experience with related position in 4-5-star hotel and/or onboard luxury cruise lines.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Strong knowleadge of beverage service standard, cocktail preparation and guest interaction is required.

Provide outstanding, personalized dining experience through attentive service.
Utilize guest preferences to tailor service offerings and foster lasting relationships.
Participate in amenity programs and rituals toasts, special parties and events inclusing crafting signature cocktails and corrdinating beverage service.
Manage inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies and collaborate with the beverages team to optimize workflow and effiency during peak service periods.
