Qualifications

  • Minimum High School education or higher
  • Minimum three years of recent experience with related position in 4-5-star hotel and/or onboard luxury cruise lines.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Knowleadge of general office practises, procedures and equipment.
  • Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Knowledgeable in using onboard systems like Fidelio and Otalio

Responsibility

  • Provide guests with general ship, port and tour information.
  • Process all passengers at embarkation/registration according to the embarkation SOP.
  • Liaise with other departments on any suite issues, changes or other requests.
  • Confirm any restaurant reservations in co-operation with Restaurant Manager.
  • Support the Concierge role when they are required to be mobile throughout the ship.
