Qualifications

Minimum any Professional Certificates in Culinary Art or related field or,
Excellent in Bakery skills
Minimum two years of experience as an Assistant Baker or similar position in 4-5-star hotel and premium restaurant (upscale restaurant).
Fluent in English, addtional languages is an advantage.
Knowledge of Microsoft programs
Previous cruises industry experience is preferred.

Responsibility

Oversee bakery operations, ensuring quality, productivity, and team performance.
Demonstrate knowledge of bakery products, ingredients, and techniques.
Manage production, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
Maintain high standards of food quality, adherence to recipes, and compliance with regulations.
Communicate with management and team members, report issues, and conduct inspections.
Report for duty on time, follow supervisor's instructions, and maintain a professional appearance.
