Qualifications

  • Minimum any Secondary School Certificate of Education or equivalent certificate in any field.
  • Have two years of experience at 4-5-star hotel in rooms divisions.
  • Fluent in English, addtional languages is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Microsoft programs

Responsibility

  • Prioritize guest satisfaction, address complaints, and drive engagement through personalized service.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, monitor performance, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Foster a positive team culture, mentor and develop team members, and promote innovation.
  • Effectively communicate company updates and strategies to the team, ensuring clear understanding and engagement.
  • Manage budgets, inventory, and ensure efficient use of supplies.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, standards, and public health regulations.
