Qualifications

Minimum any Professional Certificates in Hospitality or equivalent field.
Minimum two years of experience as F&B Supervisor/Head Waiter onboard a Cruise ship or 4-5-star hotel/resort or premium restaurant.
Knowledge in Microsoft Programs
Strong written & verbal skills in English

Responsibility

Lead and supervise the F&B team, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Prioritize guest satisfaction, addressing complaints promptly and effectively.
Ensure smooth and efficient service, manage staff schedules, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Communicate effectively with guests, staff, and management, ensuring clear and timely information exchange.
Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and helpful demeanor.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines.
