Assistant Chef de Partie Pastry

Qualifications

  • Minimum any Professional Certificates in Culinary Art or related field or,
  • Have the advanced Pastry skills
  • Minimum three years of experience as an Chef De Partie Pastry or similar position in 4-5-star hotel and premium restaurant (upscale restaurant).
  • Fluent in English, addtional languages is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft programs
  • Previous cruises industry experience is preferred.

Responsibility

  • Lead and manage a pastry section, ensuring efficient operations and team performance.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, adherence to recipes, and compliance with regulations.
  • Monitor food production, conduct inspections, and address equipment issues.
  • Communicate with management, report discrepancies, and ensure recipe reviews are conducted.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to public health regulations.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of company policies, HACCP programs, and operational procedures.
