Housekeeping Coordinator

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma in Hospitality or equivalent certificate in related field.
Have two years of experience in 4-5-star hotel in rooms divisions and housekeeping.
Fluent in English, addtional languages is an advantage
Knowledge of Microsoft programs

Responsibility

Oversee housekeeping standards, sanitation, maintenance, and service delivery.
Monitor housekeeping performance through quality assurance strategies and company standards.
Drive and optimize the use of technology tools to enhance service delivery.
Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing issues, resolving problems, and providing personalized service.
Regularly monitor guest feedback and identify trends to improve the guest experience.
Drive a guest-centric culture, enforce accountability, and share best practices with other leaders.
