Qualifications
- Minimum any Professional Certificates in Hospitality or related field.
- Minimum two years of experience in 4/5 star hotel/resort or premium restaurant.
- Strong written & verbal skills in English.
Responsibility
- Provide exceptional service to Mega Rockstar Sailors, ensuring a memorable experience.
- Exemplify the company's service culture through a positive and accommodating attitude.
- Demonstrate expertise in Virgin Voyages products and services, including in-suite F&B.
- Monitor Sailor satisfaction, address complaints and requests promptly, and maintain guest preferences.
- Collaborate with the Cabin Host and maintain a positive team spirit within the entourage.
- Ensure that in-suite services meet Virgin Voyages standards, handle daily tasks efficiently, and monitor work and rest hours according to MLC guidelines.
