Housekeeping Coordinator

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma in Hospitality or equivalent certificate in related field.
  • Have two years of experience in 4-5-star hotel in rooms divisions and housekeeping.
  • Fluent in English, addtional languages is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Microsoft programs

Responsibility

  • Oversee housekeeping standards, sanitation, maintenance, and service delivery.
  • Monitor housekeeping performance through quality assurance strategies and company standards.
  • Drive and optimize the use of technology tools to enhance service delivery.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing issues, resolving problems, and providing personalized service.
  • Regularly monitor guest feedback and identify trends to improve the guest experience.
  • Drive a guest-centric culture, enforce accountability, and share best practices with other leaders.
