Maintain premium decorative timber finishes in guest cabins, public areas and hotel spaces to cruise-ship presentation standards.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and refinish timber surfaces in guest-facing areas
- Carry out detailed touch-ups to furniture, cabinetry, doors and decorative woodwork
- Match stains, varnishes and finishes to existing hotel standards
- Coordinate access and work areas with Housekeeping and Hotel Operations
- Protect guest-area furnishings and maintain immaculate housekeeping during work
- Support cabin and public-area refurbishment projects
You’ll bring
- Professional varnishing or furniture-finishing experience
- Cruise, yacht, luxury hotel or high-end interiors experience preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and colour or finish matching
- The ability to work discreetly in guest areas
- STCW certification, medical fitness and good English
