You’ll bring

  • Around a year’s experience in line/production cooking (roast, broil, braise, sauté, fry, grill) — or equivalent culinary training
  • Solid knife skills and food-safety awareness
  • A reliable, team-oriented attitude
  • Conversational spoken English
