Deliver exceptional, personalised butler service to Palace (VIP suite) guests on Resorts World Cruises, anticipating every need throughout their voyage.
Key responsibilities
- Provide personalised in-suite service and handle guest requests and complaints promptly
- Arrange in-suite dining, shore excursions, restaurant and spa reservations, shoeshine, laundry and escorting
- Keep assigned pantries and lockers clean and stocked, following USPH standards
- Deliver laundry, gifts and special-occasion items, and replenish drinks, ice and fruit
- Create memorable Dream Moments and ensure Palace guests are delighted
You’ll bring
- Butler, VIP or luxury guest-service experience (hotel or cruise)
- A discreet, polished, guest-first manner
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
- Confident spoken English
