Support an Asian cuisine section with preparation, basic cooking and kitchen mise en place under the guidance of senior chefs. An entry-level galley role for keen, trainable cooks.

You’ll bring

  • A Culinary / Hotel Management qualification from an accredited school or college
  • At least 1 year of kitchen experience in a similar role
  • Asian-cuisine preparation skills, including induction wok and galley equipment
  • Good HACCP food-safety and hygiene awareness
