Support the Retail Manager in running Heinemann’s onboard boutiques aboard Royal Caribbean — helping lead the team, keep displays sharp and drive sales — while you develop into a full Assistant Retail Manager.
You’ll bring
- Solid retail experience (shipboard retail an advantage) and the drive to grow into shop management
- Able to coach shop staff, support visual merchandising and help hit sales targets
- Strong customer-service, communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent spoken and written English
